We test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Trichomoniasis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma, Gardnerella, HSV-1, HSV-2 and HPV — depending on the panel chosen.

Most panels use a urine sample, a self-taken swab, or a small blood draw — depending on the test. We'll guide you through what to expect when you book.

How quickly will I get results?

Quick CT/NG and Quick 10-Plex panels can return same-day if booked before our lab cutoff. Standard panels return next-day, and Complete or HPV panels typically within 48 hours.

How long should I wait after a possible exposure?

Testing windows vary by pathogen. Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea can often be detected from 14 days; HIV and Syphilis are most reliable from 4–6 weeks. We can advise on the right timing.

Do I need to fast or prepare?

Accepted Answer

Hold urine for at least 1 hour before urine-based testing. No fasting is required. For HPV, avoid intravaginal products for 24 hours beforehand.

Do you treat positive results?

Yes. We provide clear guidance on next steps and, where appropriate, can prescribe treatment directly from our pharmacy or signpost you to the right NHS service.

Are results valid for travel or visa purposes?

Yes. Our lab reports are issued by a UKAS-accredited laboratory and are accepted for most visa, travel and pre-procedure requirements. Let us know at booking if you need specific wording.

Yes — couples can book back-to-back appointments. Results are still issued individually to protect each person's confidentiality.

Do I have to give my real name?

No — you don't have to provide your real name to book or attend. You can use a pseudonym for complete discretion. We only need accurate details if you require a prescription, formal report or travel certificate. All records are held privately under UK GDPR, with discreet billing and correspondence as standard.
